📅 Effective Date: March 21, 2026
Welcome to SEO Craftsmen. These terms govern the use of our website and the
professional relationship between our agency and our clients. By engaging our
services, you agree to the following.
1 Scope of Services
SEO Craftsmen provides professional website design, software development, and
digital marketing services. Each project is governed by a specific Statement of
Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a project-specific SOW,
the SOW shall prevail.
2 Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Design & Code — Upon full and final payment, the client owns the rights to the custom visual design and front-end code created specifically for their project.
- Agency Assets — SEO Craftsmen retains ownership of any pre-existing code, proprietary tools, or methodologies used during development.
- Client Content — The client confirms that all text, images, and data provided are owned by the client or used with proper permission.
3 Client Responsibilities
To meet agreed deadlines, the client must provide necessary access (hosting, CMS,
social media accounts) and timely feedback at each stage of the project.
Delays in client approvals or content delivery may result in adjusted project
timelines. SEO Craftsmen is not liable for deadline overruns caused by delayed
client responses.
4 Digital Marketing Performance
We apply industry-standard SEO and PPC strategies to improve your online
visibility and performance. However, we operate on third-party platforms
(Google, Meta, etc.) whose algorithms and policies are outside our control.
We cannot guarantee specific rankings, click-through rates, or conversion
volumes. Results depend on many external factors including market competition
and platform changes.
5 Payment Terms
All invoices are due upon receipt unless a different schedule is agreed upon
in writing prior to project commencement.
SEO Craftsmen reserves the right to pause active services or temporarily
take down in-development websites if payments become significantly overdue.
